Worked as a project specialist at the EU and Foreign Relations Office of the Mersin Governorship, and before that as project coordinator at the Toroslar District Directorate of National Education. Has written and run Erasmus+, SODES and development agency projects and trained teachers in project writing. Doctoral studies in educational measurement and evaluation at Ankara University.

School principal in Başiskele, Kocaeli since 2014, at Yeniköy Denizdibi Primary and Middle School since 2023. Master’s in educational administration from Kocaeli University. Trains school leaders and teachers in instructional leadership, inclusive education and communication skills, and led the Erasmus+ project Peaceful Schools with Anger-Free Classes.
