Projects
GOLFTEGRATION approved under Erasmus+ Sport
A project using golf and Pitch & Putt for the social inclusion of people with disabilities and other groups has been approved.

GOLFTEGRATION, the project we submitted under the EU’s Erasmus+ Sport 2025 call, has been approved. For us and our partners it is an important step for inclusive sport and social integration.
Aim
GOLFTEGRATION uses golf and Pitch & Putt to increase the social participation of people with disabilities, war victims and other social groups. The project treats sport as a tool for mental recovery, social integration and community, not only for physical health.
A European partnership
Universities, sports clubs and research centres from Spain, Italy, Slovenia, Ukraine and Türkiye run the project together. They will share experience across countries, prepare common training materials and build a lasting European network for inclusion through sport.
Planned activities
- Guides: sport integration guides for people with physical and mental disabilities.
- Coach training: at least 28 coaches and sports directors trained in inclusive methods.
- Awareness campaigns: in local communities, on empowering people with disabilities through sport.
- Community events: more than 400 people taking part directly in sport, with open-air events for families and children.
- Digital content: all outputs published online, plus “experience story” videos.
Social and environmental contribution
All materials will be published digitally, events will be held outdoors where possible and recyclable materials will be used.
Expected impact
- Stronger social integration of people with disabilities.
- More active participation of families in social life.
- Sports clubs developing inclusive practices.
- Lasting cooperation across Europe.
